At Visual integrity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your software purchase. If you have any technical or sales questions, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel that the product you purchased does not satisfy your requirements, after attempting to resolve the issue with our support staff, we want to make it right.

We’d love to know why it didn’t work out and learn how we can improve.

Follow the steps below for a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. Please include your order number and why you’d like a refund, so we can issue a refund as quickly as possible.

We make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear as a credit on your account.

Requesting a Refund

Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:

  1. Open the Contact Form or a Live Chat window
  2. Fill out your Name, Phone Number and Email Address.
  3. In the Comment section, state you want a refund, your reason and then provide us with your Serial # or Order #. If you want a refund for a part of the order, please name the products you want a refund for.
  4. Once you submit the refund request you will receive an auto response from us. That just lets you know we’ve got your request.
  5. Once we’ve had a chance to review your request we will be in touch confirming the refund process.
