ABOUT VISUAL INTEGRITY
Turning Complex PDFs into Usable, Editable Graphics Since 1993
Visual Integrity was founded in 1993 to solve one of engineering’s most persistent challenges — how to make technical drawings and graphics from UNIX workstations usable on Windows PCs. Our first software bridged that gap, giving engineers, technical writers, and publishers the ability to integrate CAD and vector graphics into Windows-based documentation systems with precision and ease.
From the start, we earned the trust of industry leaders like AT&T, Ericsson, Abbott Laboratories, Lockheed Martin, Oracle, and Philips — companies that continue to rely on our technology today for PDF conversion, CAD file exchange, and vector graphics editing.
Built on Experience. Driven by Innovation.
Over three decades later, Visual Integrity continues to advance the science of PDF and vector graphics conversion. Our technology powers:
-
Enterprise-grade developer SDKs for PDF-to-SVG, PDF-to-DWG, PDF-to-DXF, and PDF-to-EMF conversion
-
Add-ons for Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other design platforms
-
Specialized PDF conversion tools for engineers and scientists
-
Automated cloud-based conversion through our ConvertPDF.Today service
We’ve evolved our conversion engine in response to customer feedback — improving accuracy, font fidelity, speed, and cross-platform compatibility. Whether you’re converting technical drawings, vector illustrations, or scientific charts, Visual Integrity delivers the precision you need.
Our mission: make PDF and vector graphics conversion simple, reliable, and universally accessible — for end users and enterprise developers alike.
Our Founders
Visual Integrity is privately held and actively managed by its co-founders, Jan Homan and Jean Haney, each with more than 30 years of experience in the global software industry.
Their combined expertise in graphics technology, CAD systems, and PDF standards has guided the company through every technological shift — from UNIX to Windows, from desktop to web, and now to cloud and API-driven automation.
Under their leadership, Visual Integrity remains focused on practical innovation, exceptional value, and long-term customer relationships.
