Troubleshooting Assistance
If you experience trouble either with your evaluation version or your fully licensed software, we’re standing by to help. If you receive an error message during the conversion or the output does not look acceptable in your target application, we can help. The software has many tuning options and switching one of these correctly will most likely get you the results you need. The most effective way for us to diagnose and solve the issue is to see the file. Please email it to us with an explanation of the problem.
